Our Vision:  Why does FOUR OAKS YOUTH exist?

We exist to reach students with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and connect them with a Christ-centered fellowship of students within the local church.  In partnership with their parents, our mission is to engage all students under our care by teaching, leading, and discipling, under the truth and authority of God’s Word, to become spiritually mature and joyful worshippers of Christ. Through this leading, we seek to send them out as exceptional Godly men and women who, in word and deed, will glorify God with their lives and will proclaim the Glory of Christ to a lost and dying world.

Our Mission:  What does FOUR OAKS YOUTH seek to do?

Four Oaks Youth seeks to reach students with the GOSPEL of Jesus Christ, equip students to follow and GROW in Jesus Christ, and to GO and experience a life serving the local church and proclaiming the name of Jesus Christ to a lost and dying world.

At Four Oaks Youth, we desire to see God glorified in three ways in the lives of students in the Tallahassee area:

  1. Love Jesus (GOSPEL) - We desire that every student in the Tallahassee area hear the good news of Jesus Christ, and through the effectual calling of God, many students would repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ (Rom 8:30).

  2. Love the Local Church (GROW) - Blessings abound in the life of a Christ follower. One of those blessings is brothers and sisters in Christ. Each believer is commanded to lovingly commit to the family of God, and we desire to be an environment where students can do just that while experiencing the discipleship, protection, joy, and freedom that is within the body of Christ (Heb 10:24-25; 1 Tim 3:14-15).

  3. Love the Lost (GO) - Jesus calls each and every believer to go and make disciples of all nations (Matt 28:19), and we desire to equip each student to do just that. We long to see God work powerfully in this world through students who have a white-hot passion for His glory.
